Remarks: This slide was originally marked "paratype" (and is listed as such by Spamer & Bogan, 1992: 56), but no holotype was designated by Harring & Myers (1922: 610-612, pl. 58: figs. 1-4). Additional syntypes are deposited at the AMNH in New York (Cat. No. 442; 1 female, originally marked holotype) and at the NMNH in Washington (Cat. No. USNM 19800; marked "paratype").
